Project Manager – Northern Europe

Your Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of each build, navigating a dynamic and high-stakes environment where no two projects are the same. You’ll play a central role in turning visionary designs into floating masterpieces.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for the complete delivery of a superyacht project, from the initial contract through to final handover. This includes managing time, budget, quality, organization, and communication to ensure the project aligns with both client expectations and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of the project — from design and engineering to hull construction, outfitting, and delivery.
• Manage internal teams and external partners across engineering, purchasing, and production.
• Ensure timely progress and budget compliance by actively managing stakeholders and risk.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring their expectations are clearly understood and met.
• Maintain structured, proactive communication across all departments and project phases.
