Project Leader – New Build Superyachts
Location: Aalsmeer, Netherlands (Residency Required)

A world-class luxury yacht builder in Aalsmeer is seeking an experienced Project Leader to manage the full lifecycle of custom superyacht construction—from contract to delivery. You’ll oversee timelines, budgets, quality, and communication, ensuring a seamless process and an exceptional result for a discerning international clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery of a custom motor yacht

• Serve as the client’s main point of contact

• Coordinate across engineering, purchasing, and production

• Monitor budgets, schedules, and risks

• Report to senior management and lead a cross-functional team

Your Profile

• Strong background in technical project management

• Experience with complex, high-value builds

• Fluent in Dutch and English

• Client-focused, decisive, and pragmatic

• Skilled communicator and team leader
