What You’ll Do:

🔹 Support senior team members on diverse marine projects
🔹 Develop into a broader project management role
🔹 Assist with CAD and drawing work to shape concepts
🔹 Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Engineering qualification with a marine focus
✔️ ~10 years post-graduation experience
✔️ Shipyard or marine project experience (yachting preferred)
✔️ Strong problem-solving and communication skills
✔️ London-based or commutable, office-focused role
