Job Title: Project Engineer (Marine Engineering)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer with a strong marine engineering background to join our dynamic team in central London. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects with exposure to cutting-edge developments in marine technology, including alternative fuels and vessel efficiency.
About the Role
This role is ideal for an engineer with approximately 10 years of post-graduate experience who is looking to grow into a senior project management position. Initially, you will support senior team members across multiple projects and gradually take on more responsibility. The successful candidate will be hands-on, field-ready, and enthusiastic about contributing both technically and creatively across varied engineering challenges.
Key Responsibilities

Support senior engineers across a range of concurrent marine projects.

Provide flexible, responsive assistance across the team, pivoting as needed.

Take ownership of smaller tasks and build toward managing entire projects.

Contribute to project development through concept input and technical support.

Assist in preparing CAD drawings (2D essential, 3D desirable).

Represent the company in client interactions and at site visits, including shipyards.
Candidate Profile

Qualifications: Minimum BEng in Engineering; MEng and Chartered status (CEng) are desirable.

Experience: Approximately 10 years post-graduation, with a strong marine engineering focus.

Professional Membership: RINA, IMarEST, or similar institution preferred.

Project Management: Proven experience managing projects and delivering results, ideally with hands-on fieldwork.

CAD Skills: 2D CAD required; 3D CAD a plus.
