Are you a passionate and experienced Project Manager with a background in naval architecture and marine engineering? Join our dynamic team in Antalya and take the helm of luxury motor yacht projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all phases of motor yacht projects

• Ensure alignment with engineering processes, timelines, and quality standards

• Liaise effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and classification societies

• Monitor project progress through planning, reporting, and control systems

• Represent the company with professionalism in client and stakeholder engagements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in motor yacht projects

• Strong knowledge of yacht building, engineering processes, and classification procedures

• Excellent planning, reporting, and project control skills

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Strong interpersonal and representation abilities

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Residing in Antalya

• No travel restrictions abroad
