Quality Control Manager – Shipbuilding

We are seeking an experienced and driven Quality Control Manager to join our team in Antalya. In this critical leadership role, you will oversee the implementation of robust quality systems across our shipbuilding production lines, ensuring that every vessel meets world-class standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Control department within a shipyard or manufacturing environment.

• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives across all production units.

• Establish and maintain effective quality control systems to support on-time, high-standard production.

• Foster clear, constructive communication with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

• Supervise and mentor the QC team, enhancing their reporting and analytical capabilities.

• Provide strategic guidance to production teams to uphold and exceed quality expectations.

• Report directly to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quality Control Manager in shipbuilding or manufacturing.

• Proven track record of establishing and maintaining high-performing QC systems.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Resident of Antalya or willing to relocate.

• No restrictions on international travel.
