  • 65m Dual season Private/Charter yacht are looking for a rotational Chief Officer to join them 1st December 2024

 

  • This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced 2nd officer looking to make the step up to Chief officer – they are very open to bringing in someone who they can support with their career progression and willing to get stuck in and learn the Chief officer role

 

  • CM 3000 as minimum along with B1/B2 visa in hand

 

  • Busy yacht operating in the US/Caribbean and Med – the yacht runs mostly private trips but with sporadic charters – they completed 3 weeks of charter during the recent Med season

 

  • The program can be demanding and very busy, so they need someone with a calm demeanour, able to think outside the box as well as being organised and confident in front of the owner

 

  • The deck team is well established with great longevity and all very close knit – they enjoy spending time together outside of work socialising and going for meals, hiking and playing golf and Padel

 

  • Joining in Miami for a hand over period with the long-established rotational Chief Officer

 

  • On offer is a salary of 6500 Euros, time for time rotation, 8 weeks on 8 weeks off, shared cabin, full medical cover
