Solo Chef required for 55m MY
Italian owners so there is a preference for Italian cuisine but must be a good all rounder! You will be sent to the owners house to spend a week with their land based Chefs to learn what they like etc
Candidates will have solid yachting experience with good longevity
Preference for plated food predominantly with occasional buffet style
Boss's preferences can be tricky - one doesn't eat seafood etc so you must be prepared to do several dishes for main course etc
Children on board that sometimes eat what the adults eat, sometimes don't
Cooking for crew
Salary 10,000 EURO a month
