We are currently seeking a Seasonal First Mate for a private/charter 30m+ SY 

• This is a Med based seasonal role that could potentially turn permanent
• Experienced sailing owners, who have sailed around the world
• If the position turns permanent, World cruising is potentially on next years agenda
• You will assist the Captain in the daily operations of the yacht.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of guests on board.
• Oversee the deck department and maintain the yacht's appearance.
• Proven experience as a First Mate on sail yachts.
• Strong knowledge of sailing practices and procedures.
• You will need an Offshore Yacht Master ticket
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Dynamic and proactive with a customer-focused mindset.
• Shared cabin
