Senior Project Manager – Superyacht New Builds
Location: South of France (with European Travel)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale superyacht new build projects. This exciting (and extremely busy) opportunity is ideal for a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in the superyacht industry. You will be responsible for managing projects from inception to delivery, including overseeing sea trials, coordinating with European shipyards, and ensuring every aspect meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large superyacht new builds.
- Oversee sea trials to ensure compliance with technical and operational specifications.
- Collaborate with multiple European shipyards, leveraging your knowledge of diverse shipbuilding techniques and standards.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Overseeing the correction of default issues
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including owners, designers, and contractors (in effect, working as a de facto Owners Rep)
- Undertaking technical specification reviews
- Dealing with contractual and legal issues
Qualifications and Experience
- Chief Unlimited License required.
- Proven experience with superyacht new builds, including completion of sea trials.
- Familiarity with a range of European shipyards and their practices.
- Strong project management skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Must reside in the South of France.
- Must hold a valid European Passport to enable seamless travel across Europe.
