Sole Chef required for 50m MY.
Private yacht with an interesting itinerary to far flung places!
Great crew on board.
Guest use is frequent but a lot of time spent with only the Principles on board.
Michelin experience would be favourable, the owners have a preference for high end British cuisine.
Start July.
Must have experience with Vegetarian & Vegan dishes and experience with dealing with Anaphylactic (shellfish) & Diabetic allergies.
MUST have a B1/B2 - joining the yacht in the US.
Salary 7000-7500 USD.
