- A large part of the role will be administration, so you must be comfortable with this, crunching numbers for the owners diet - fats, carbs and protein intake!
- Lots of menu planning and supporting with sending of menus and orders
- Assisting the Head Chef and cooking crew and guest food
- The owners spend the whole summer on the yacht, a large family with lots of different preferences so you should be comfortable with being dynamic with a range of cuisines
- You will be keen to work hard and as part of a collaborative team, looking to learn and be happy to be a Sous Chef
- Great friendly crew, they like to socialise together and the boat plans a lot of activities for team building
