We are looking for a Sous Chef to join a 65m M/Y by the start of April.
- This is a charter yacht so you will ideally already have experience onboard a busy program and be able to work unsupervised.
- You will be responsible for cooking for the crew as well as assisting the Head Chef with guest food.
- Ideally you will have at least 1-2 seasons onboard as well as a culinary background - both training and restaurant experience. You could be newer to yachting but you must be a really strong chef.
- Dual season vessel that focuses on a Europe/Caribbean itinerary.
- The salary for this role is 4,500 euros, plus equal share of tips.
- 60 days of leave are on offer.
- Ideally they need someone to join within the next few weeks. If you have your B1B2 in hand it will be a bonus.
