Technical Director – Motor Yacht Production

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Technical Director to lead our production operations in the luxury motor yacht sector. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of complex, high-value projects and play a key role in shaping our world-class production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all production departments, including welding, chrome work, carpentry, painting, mechanics, piping, and electrics.

• Plan, organize, and manage daily operations and team leaders across production units.

• Set up and enhance mechanical and technological processes, including staff training programs.

• Lead and motivate production teams, providing guidance and performance feedback to ensure high standards.

• Estimate production risks, costs, and timelines while increasing efficiency through improved methods.

• Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and product developments in the yacht-building industry.

• Ensure effective communication across departments and report directly to the General Manager.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Technical Manager and/or Project Manager in motor yacht projects.

• Proven track record of managing complex production operations within the yacht-building industry.

• Strong planning, coordination, and leadership abilities.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

• Resident of Antalya or willing to relocate.

• No restrictions on international travel.

• Comfortable with a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
