I am looking for a Chief Engineer for a high-profile residential estate in West Oxfordshire. This role involves overseeing the maintenance of buildings, systems, and vehicles to ensure optimal operation and aesthetics of the estate.

Responsibilities:

• Manage repair operations across various systems (electrical, plumbing, cooling, AV).
• Expertise in building trades with hands-on ability for minor repairs.
• Foster relationships with principals, team members, and third-party suppliers.
• Lead and develop a small team, ensuring high performance.
• Implement maintenance and energy optimization programs for efficiency and cost management.
• Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards.
