Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair estate engineering systems to the highest standards

• Electrical system upkeep (lighting, sockets, etc.)

• HVAC, plumbing, and ground source heat pump maintenance

• Daily checks of Spa, water features, AV systems, and vehicles

• General manual repairs as needed

Requirements:

• Proven maintenance engineering experience

• C&G/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Full UK driving licence and own transport

• Right to work in the UK with excellent references
