Assist and support two Yacht Managers with crew admin, finance and safety/compliance responsibilities.
Coordinating with the Crew Manager, Technical Manager, Safety & Compliance Manager, Yacht Accountants and other Yacht Manager Assistants to provide for the smooth and efficient operation of each yacht.
Would suit an ex-Purser looking for their first land-based role.
At least two years’ experience working on yachts or for a yacht management company.
Full-time, on-site position based in Palma de Mallorca.
Candidates must have the right to live and work in Europe.
Fluent in English as well as ideally French/Italian/Spanish
