About the Role
As a Yacht Manager, you’ll oversee the management of a portfolio of yachts, ensuring operational excellence, compliance with all regulatory requirements, and the delivery of exceptional service to clients. This role requires hands-on leadership, a deep understanding of yacht operations, and a proactive approach to client and crew management.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for yacht owners, captains, and crew.
- Ensure yachts are compliant with safety, regulatory, and HR standards.
- Coordinate operational and financial deliverables for assigned vessels.
- Oversee audits, inspections, and crew training as part of the Safety Management System (SMS).
- Identify and pursue commercial opportunities (such as refits and new client acquisition).
Who We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience as a Yacht Manager or a Superyacht Captain wishing to transition to a shore based role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of maritime regulations and operational standards.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid role with regular in-office presence.
