Yacht Manager – South of France
We are looking for an experienced and professional Yacht Manager to join our team in the South of France. This role involves managing a portfolio of prestigious yachts and providing dedicated support to captains, crew, and client offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for captains, crew, and client offices, offering prompt and reliable support.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure high standards of service across the fleet.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and trust.
- Provide expert guidance on operational matters, utilizing your knowledge of the yachting industry.
- Work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while identifying opportunities for improvement or growth.

- Have a solid understanding of the yachting or maritime industry.
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience in a client-facing role within the maritime or superyacht industry.
- Previous experience as a Yacht Manager, Yacht Accounts Manager (2–3 years), or as an ex-crew member (Mate, Captain, or Engineer) transitioning shoreside.
