Are you an experienced (large) Yacht Management professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a dedicated Yacht Manager to oversee a portfolio of yachts, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for yacht owners, captains, and crew.
• Ensure all yachts comply with regulatory, safety, and HR requirements.
• Manage financial approvals, operational reports, and crew documentation.
• Oversee safety management systems and emergency response procedures.
• Identify commercial opportunities, including refits and new builds.

About You:

• Strong background in yacht management, compliance, or maritime operations.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage complex projects.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and ISM compliance.
