Yacht Manager – Monaco

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Yacht Manager to oversee the management of a portfolio of superyachts, ensuring all contractual, operational, regulatory, and safety requirements are met. Acting as the primary liaison between Owners, Captains, and Crew, you will coordinate all aspects of yacht operations, compliance, and financial management while maintaining the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Client & Crew Relations – Act as the main point of contact for Owners, Captains, and Crew, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
✔ Regulatory Compliance – Ensure yachts meet all Flag, Class, and statutory regulations, including ISM and MLC compliance.
✔ Safety & Security – Oversee the implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS) and emergency response planning.
✔ Operational Oversight – Coordinate audits, inspections, and maintenance schedules, ensuring all certifications remain valid.
✔ Financial & Commercial Management – Oversee budgets, procurement, and identify opportunities for refit, new build, or additional services.
✔ Supplier & Industry Relations – Maintain strong relationships with insurers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

About You

✔ Proven experience in yacht management or a senior onboard role (Captain, Chief Officer, Chief Engineer).
✔ Strong knowledge of ISM, ISPS, MLC, and regulatory compliance.
✔ Excellent client management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to multitask and manage multiple vessels in a fast-paced environment.
